A light yet moreish drink? A super easy nectarine and orange shake with a spicy kick.

Ingredients
Rosemary sprigs 4
Cane sugar 1 tablespoon
Grated ginger ½ teaspoon
Orange 2
Ripe nectarines 4+ half a nectarine to garnish
Ice q.s.

Method
Place the thoroughly washed rosemary sprigs in a saucepan with the sugar, grated ginger and 150 ml of water. Put on a low heat until the sugar melts and simmer gently for 1 minute. Cool and remove the rosemary sprigs.
Squeeze the oranges, wash the nectarines, stone and cut them into pieces. Blend the peaches with the orange juice then add the rosemary syrup.
Plating
Pour the nectar into 2 glasses filled with ice cubes.
Dip a Bionature straw in the glass, garnish with a nectarine slice and serve.
