Chocolate and cinnamon cake
Chocolate and Cinnamon together never disappoint, a delicious cake, served with a special skewer to be enjoyed without the risk of exaggerating: to each, the right amount of sweetness!

Ingredients
Type 00 flour 300 g
Sugar 150 g
Corn seed oil 60 ml
Soy milk 80 ml
Eggs 3
Dark cocoa 1 heaping teaspoon
Cinnamon 1 teaspoon
Chocolate in pieces 150 g
Yeast 1 packet
Vanillin 1 packet

Method
Whisk the eggs with the sugar and add oil and milk. Mix well and add flour, cocoa, cinnamon, yeast and vanillin. Coarsely cut the chocolate and add it to the mixture.
Bake at 180° for 20/25 minutes.
Plating
Cut the cake into small squares and place them one by one in Decor Gondolas, placing the Gourmet Skewer on top
