Fruit Christmas tree
A very original way to bring fruit to the Christmas table and give each diner a wide choice…“picking the fruit”… directly from the tree!

Ingredients
Kiwi 4
Persimmon 1
Mixed fruit (blackberries, raspberries, grapes, Chinese lantern) 600 g
Carrot 1
Grapefruit 1
Elegant Skewers
Deluxe Toothpicks
Method
Make a hole in the centre of the grapefruit and insert the carrot.
Insert different sized skewers and toothpicks along the carrot and grapefruit as if they were three branches.
Cut the kiwis into round slices.
Slice the persimmon and, using a biscuit mould, make different sized stars.
Thread the different fruit on the toothpicks starting from the end of the carrot.
Plating
Insert the fruit alternating colours to obtain a beautiful colour variety.
