Fruit salad with cold cream fondue
Ingredients
mixed berries and/or various seasonal fruits, milk, sugar, butter, flour.
Method
Heat 50g of butter and 50g of flour in a small saucepan on low heat. Dissolve well using a wooden spoon to create a sort of cream. Now heat half a litre of milk with 120g of sugar and pour it into the saucepan with the cream. Keep mixing on low heat until the cream has thickened. SAMURAI TRICK: for a different flavour, you can add chunks of chocolate to the cream while it’s still warm, or whipped cream once it’s very cold! For the WONDERFOOD effect, squeeze a few drops of lemon on the fruit and thread it onto Samurai Food Decor Skewers with Kokeshi handle in prized birch wood. Serve the skewers in a small glass or jar filled with cold or warm cream.
