Parmigiano Reggiano cheese 30 g
Ham 80 g
Thin slices of provolone cheese 4
Extra virgin olive oil, salt q.s.

Method
Ham and cheese omelette
Beat the eggs in a large bowl, using a fork or a whisk, until frothy. Add salt and the Parmigiano Reggiano. Mix everything gently.
In the meantime, heat a non-stick pan after having greased it lightly with the extra virgin olive oil. When it is hot, pour in the egg and cover with a lid. After 3-4 minutes, make sure the bottom is cooked through and flip it over to cook it on the other side.
Plating
Once cooked, slide it onto a plate, cover it with the slices of provolone and ham, roll it up and cut it into wheels before skewering and serving.
