Ingredients

Homemade bread crown 1
Mozzarella bites 250 g
Differently coloured plum tomatoes 300 g
Stuffed green olives q.s.
Black olives q.s.
Pickled corn on the cob q.s.
Small gherkins q.s.
Decor Skewers

Method

Small cold skewers presented on a bread crown that acts as a support base which is then sliced and eaten.

In this case, it is a vegetarian variation with coloured tomatoes, mozzarella bites, small corn on the cob, olives and gherkins.

 

Plating

The skewers can be assembled with the most appreciated ingredients, always keeping an eye on the combination and alternation of colours.
