A light yet moreish dessert? Here’s how to make a super easy blueberry and yogurt smoothie with a gentle hint of vanilla.

Ingredients
Blueberries 250 g+ 8 blueberries to garnish
Sugar 50 g
Lemon juice 1 tablespoon
Yogurt 150 g
Milk 150 ml
Vanilla essence 1 teaspoon

Method
Wash the blueberries and juice them in a juice extractor or blend them with the sugar and lemon juice and pour the resulting cream into 2 glasses.
Put the yogurt, milk and vanilla essence in a blender and process until very fluffy.
Plating
Pour the cream into the glasses with the blueberry cream. Dip a Trendy straw in every glass and use it to slightly stir the two mixtures.
Place a Gourmet Skewer with 4 blueberries on each glass and serve.
